Return & Refund Policy – Care Damn

At Care Damn, we are committed to delivering high-quality hair care products that promote confidence and wellness. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at info@caredamn.com between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Return to Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

  • If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery (RTO), a return handling fee of ₹49 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged product upon arrival

    • Wrong product received

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
